A modular floor-to-ceiling bookcase from Arflex, designed by Bernhardt and Vella in 2018. Tension-mounted vertical uprights anchor the system from floor to ceiling, with shelves attached through a single-pin fixing element that allows for round, layered, and dynamic compositions.
The structure is black anodized aluminum with satin brass shelf supports and feet. Shelves are available in satin anodized aluminum, black satin anodized aluminum, or colored tempered glass in green, bronze, or fumè. Half-circle decorative elements function as both bookends and quiet sculptural detail.
Suited to open-plan residences, libraries, dressing rooms, and considered hospitality interiors where a room divider is needed without sacrificing light or sightlines.
